Description
This requirement is for the replacement of End-of-Life (EOL) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Basic Life Support (BLS) units currently deployed throughout the facility. The procurement includes equipment, accessories, and any necessary support to ensure full operational capability. The requirement is needed as soon as possible upon award to prevent gaps in emergency response capability and to replace unsupported equipment currently in service. Continued use of End-of-Life AED BLS equipment poses risks to patient safety, emergency response effectiveness, and clinical operations. Replacement is required to maintain compliance with clinical standards and ensure reliable life-saving capabilities.
