The Contractor shall provide brand name Lantronix, 3-year software and hardware support services that include extended warranty and 24x7x365 technical support, as well as software updates. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of one phone number to the VA that enables VA to contact Lantronix and open a maintenance support call. The period of performance of the Delivery Order shall be 3-years to cover the period of July 23, 2026 to July 22, 2029.
The proof of purchase with VA entitlement (see Section 1.1, completed Attachment A Deliverable Support Information Form) shall be delivered within 15 days of contract period of performance start date.
