Description
The purpose of this Amendment is to inform interested vendors that the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit the Enterprise Data Center Telecommunications Modernization (EDCTM) requirement as a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement, set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, under National Aeronautics and Space Administration Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V (NASA SEWP V) in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026.
