The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to award a sole source contract to GE Precision Healthcare LLC, a GE Healthcare business, who holds the proprietary Trademark/Copy Rights for MIM Encore Software and its associated support services, used by the Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology departments at the East Orange VA Medical Center, 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ.
