The proposed sole source action is for a Firm-Fixed-Price modification for a six-month extension to delivery order,36C10B23F0229 with ThunderCat Technology, LLC (Thundercat), issued under National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurements (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) NNG15SD26B. This modification will extend the current maintenance support services for the currently deployed Patient Engagement Mobile Application (PEMA) solution which is set to expire on August 20, 2026.
